RESIGNATION (18/09/2016): The Committee must inform Association Members that Mr Peter Whelan has resigned as Chairman and Committee Member.

Peter was instrumental in Saltersgill Allotments becoming “self-managed”, obtaining grants for road improvements, liaison, along with other Committee Members, with the Council, helping to set up the site shop, organising monthly rubbish collections, etc.

It goes without saying that the Committee and Members would like to thank Peter for all the positive work done by him to help bring the Association and site to the improved state we now find it in since becoming self-managed.

AGM : As you will all be aware we held our second full Annual General Meeting on Sunday 8th May 2016. The members who attended were updated on the Associations progress throughout the year.
